Book your big experience at BM Hotels and Resorts

Its not my first time in BM, from Dubai to RAK one of my fav hotel is BM. Still Maintained their complete complimentary in the room and cleanliness. Although the staff reception was less due to pandemic “Maybe” but their customer service was excellent. Specially their Porter “ abit old Indian nationality staff” his having great customer assistance.

Staff are very friendly
Food is delicious

Loved the team attitude especially in the Restaurant, and enjoyed very much the pool with my family.

I like the pool its huge and i felt like its private because everyone is at beach. Specially the staff from we arrived until we checkout. Special mention to ROSEL very nice and friendly, JOSELITO at the sports bar always smiling and even if we are out side he always go out to accommodate us and the staff at the buffet restaurant i forgot to ask their names but as far as i remember since lunch diner and breakfast they are only staff there. Kudos to 100% hospitality they given to us. See you soon again.
